THE   1870   STATION   IN   1878.


BY THE EARLY 1900'S THE STATION BUILDING HAD BEEN MOVED TO THE
EAST (L.I.R.R. SOUTH) SIDE OF THE TRACKS - THIS IS LOOKING NORTH (L.I.R.R. EAST).
THE WESTBOUND TRAIN HAS AN 1883 ROGERS 0-4-6T FORNEY ORIGINALLY BUILT FOR
THE N.Y.& M.B.R.R. AS NUMBER 61.   IN 1898 IT HAD BEEN RENUMBERED 227.   WHEN
A NEW D16b (P.R.R. 1906) TOOK THAT NUMBER THE TANK ENGINE BECAME THE 327.
