IT'S WINTER - THE TOWER IS CLOSED AND THE GATES ARE REMOVED.

COMPANY'S TRAINS ON THE LONG ISLAND RAIL ROAD.
THE UNDERGRADE BRIDGE WAS BUILT IN 1900.
